Northside Crossing at New Day offers an interconnected, multifaceted community with strong roots in the land. NSX will be a walkable community focused on providing avenues for enjoying the outdoors.
Within the NSX neighborhoods, there will be a variety of Zero lot line garden houses. A number of different buildings will be constructed throughout the development including twin, tri, quad and row house configurations.
Within each of NSX neighborhoods, certain blocks will encourage the construction of high-density residential buildings.
Rather than standalone projects, these developments are envisioned to be an integral part of the surrounding neighborhoods, creating friendly streets and also have ground level community-oriented space.
Parks and open spaces are the heart of the NSX community. Successful communities offer residents a significant, interconnected open space system that serves the community's recreational, social and physical needs.
